SUPPLY OF FILTERS FOR VARIOUS EQUIPMENT

APPLICATION DEADLINE: 4:00 p.m. on January 21, 2026.

Kumtor Gold Company invites you to participate in a request for quotations for the supply of filters for various equipment.

Submission Format: The application for participation and other documents must be signed by a person authorized to sign the application and contractual obligations. Documents must be signed and submitted in PDF format (the price table should also be duplicated in .xlsx format).
Proposal Submission Procedure: Participants in the tender must submit their application in Russian or English in accordance with the tender requirements, attach the necessary copies of documents, and send them electronically to filters2026@kumtor.kg by 4:00 p.m. on January 21, 2026.

The list of goods to be purchased is attached to this tender documentation.
The application must include the following documents: Commercial offer including:

  • Delivery timelines;
  • Delivery terms;
  • Payment terms;
  • Validity period of the offer (please indicate the maximum possible duration).
Evaluation Criteria: The proposal offering the lowest cost will be considered as having passed the selection.
Please send your proposal with the subject line “Filters” to filters2026@kumtor.kg by 4:00 p.m. on January 21, 2026.
The Customer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Contract, without incurring any obligations to the respective participants.
The commercial offer must be submitted on the official company letterhead.
Proposals submitted after the specified deadline will not be accepted or considered.

By submitting a proposal, the participant thereby expresses their agreement with all the conditions specified in the Company’s requirements.

Each participant may submit only one proposal.

The validity period of the proposal must be at least 30 calendar days.

No changes to the proposal are allowed during its validity period.
Before signing the contract, the selected participant is required to provide a performance bond in the amount of 2% of the contract value, payable in cash to the KGC account.
In the case of an advance payment, the winning company is required to provide a bank guarantee for the advance payment, confirmed via the SWIFT system by the purchasing organization’s bank
