REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF CRC LECTRA CLEAN II DEGREASING CLEANER FOR ELECTROMECHANICAL PARTS AND EQUIPMENT

DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING QUOTATIONS: 2:00 pm on October 2, 2025.

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC (hereinafter referred to as KGC) invites you to participate in the request for quotations for the supply of a degreasing cleaner for electromechanical parts and equipment.

Planned purchase volume: 6,000 units.

Client Warehouse Arrival Register:

October, November 2025 – full purchase volume.

General requirements are specified below:

Brand: CRC LECTRA CLEAN II.

Product name: Degreaser for Electrical Parts.

Product series: Lectra Clean 30342.

Manufacturer: Crc.

Volume: 400 ml.

Packaging type: Aerosol can.

Base: Chlorinated.

Country of origin of the brand (not the manufacturer): Belgium.

Unit: pc.

Commercial proposals containing final quotes, valid for a minimum of three weeks from the submission date, shall include the following: reference number, date, delivery terms, mutually favorable payment terms, DDP delivery terms – Bishkek, 24 Ibraimov str., signature and stamp of the authorized person.

Documents shall be submitted in PDF format.

Please note that the size of a single email shall not exceed 25 MB (all documents shall be sent as one file in a compressed format – ZIP or RAR).

The authority of a person to sign documents shall be confirmed by the power of attorney or certified copies of documents evidencing such authority.

Procedure for submitting commercial proposals

The message shall have the subject line: “Commercial Proposal for the Request for Quotation for the Supply of Degreasing Cleaner for Electromechanical Parts and Equipment for Kumtor Gold Company CJSC” and be sent strictly to the email address:  CRC@kumtor.kg.

Should participants have any questions regarding this Request, they may contact Rakhat.Murzabekova@kumtor.kg to request clarifications. Such requests shall be submitted no later than three (3) business days prior to the final submission deadline.

Note: A sample supply contract is attached for review.

Letters of recommendation from clients and scanned copies of previous agreements will be considered an advantage.
