The “Kumtor Gold Company” CJSC announces a vacancy for the position: Mill Instrumentation Trainer (Kumtor Mine site)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Training of the Mill employees in the correct operation, repair, calibration of control and measuring devices and diagnostics of their malfunctions.
• Development of maintenance programs (preventive, planned) to ensure high availability of instrumentation and their correct operation.
• Development of procedures for repair, calibration, inspection of instrumentation.
• Preparation of a plan for the replacement and repair of instrumentation and control systems of the Mill.
• Maintenance and work planning to ensure uninterrupted and correct operation of the Mill I&C system and Automatic Control Systems of Technological Process – ACSTP.
• Implementation of the world’s best practices in the field of instrumentation and automation to improve the main key indicators of the Mill.
• Diagnostics and repair of equipment in case of breakdowns and shutdown of the Mill.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in the field of automation, instrumentation or electrical engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in the field of instrumentation and automation at gold recovery plants or production.
• At least 10 years of experience with automatic process control systems.
• Knowledge and understanding of SCADA systems – preferably DSC Foxboro.
• Knowledge of the operation and understanding of the functioning of the PLC – preferably ALLEN BRADLEY.
• Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of electromagnetic flux meters.
• Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of electromagnetic ultrasonic level transmitters.
• Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of radioisotope density meters.
• Reading electronic and electrical diagrams.
• Knowledge of the basics of organizing the work of the maintenance service in production.
• Knowledge in the field of asset management.
• Experience and knowledge in the field of project management.
• Knowledge of English (advanced level).
• Knowledge of ACSTP, MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad, CMMS.
