Closed Joint Stock Company “Kumtor Gold Company” invites you to participate in the supplier selection process by submitting a quotation for the supply of Wurth products (sprays and lubricants).

Submission Format:

The Quotation Proposal (hereinafter – QP) must be submitted in PDF format and signed by a person authorized to sign contractual obligations.

Submission Procedure

Participants must:

  1. Complete qualification and accreditation. Link to documents: www.kumtor.kg/ru/informacziya-dlya-postavshhikov
  2. Submit the QP in Kyrgyz or Russian and send it electronically to Akram.Mirkarimov@kumtor.kg no later than 12:00 PM on February 26, 2026 (Bishkek time).

The commercial proposal submitted for participation in the supplier selection must contain the following documents:

  • Delivery terms;
  • Supply conditions;
  • Payment terms;
  • QP validity period of at least 30 calendar days from the date of submission;
  • Mandatory: Certificate for the offered product.

DAP, warehouse of Closed Joint Stock Company “Kumtor Gold Company”:

Evaluation Criteria for Commercial Proposals

The winner will be the participant who submits a QP that meets the specifications and offers the lowest price.

Proposals with the subject line: “Supply of Wurth Products (sprays and lubricants)” must be submitted to Akram.Mirkarimov@kumtor.kg no later than 12:00 PM on February 26, 2026 (Bishkek time).

The Customer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time before awarding the Contract, without incurring any obligations to the participants who submitted QPs.

The quotation proposal must be prepared on the company’s official letterhead, signed, and stamped.

Quotation proposals submitted after the specified deadline will not be accepted or considered.

By submitting the proposal, the Participant thereby confirms agreement with all conditions specified in the requirements.

Each participant may submit only one quotation proposal.

The validity period of the quotation proposal must be at least 30 calendar days.

No changes to the quotation proposals are allowed during the proposal validity period.
