REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF FILTER CAKE REDUCER FOR DRILLING FLUID, COLUMN DRILLING, 25 KG/BAG

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS: 14:00, July 30, 2025.

JSC “Kumtor Gold Company” (hereinafter referred to as “KGC”) invites you to participate in the request for quotations for the supply of filter cake reducer for drilling or cement slurry, 25 kg/bag.

Planned purchase volume: 400 bags of 25 kg each.

Delivery schedule to the Customer’s warehouse:
September – October 2025 — full purchase volume.

General requirements are as follows:

• Must be effective in fresh and low-mineralized water.
• Must be resistant to harsh environmental conditions and contaminants.
• Must improve the efficiency and safety of drilling operations, maintaining optimal pressure parameters in the wellbore.
• Must minimize drilling complications, reduce the number of problematic wells, lower maintenance costs, and improve the quality of drilling rig operation.
• Must control filtrate, reduce filter cake penetration, enhance wellbore stability, minimize contamination of productive formations, and reduce frictional resistance during drilling.
• Must be compatible with other reagents used in drilling fluids to ensure solution stability, optimize rheological properties, and prevent undesirable chemical reactions.
• The product must be environmentally safe: free of toxic components and compliant with occupational health and environmental protection requirements.
• Should not emit hazardous vapors or gases during use, must not cause equipment corrosion, and foaming during operation must be minimal.
• Must be non-toxic, biodegradable, and free from chlorine and heavy metals.

Commercial proposals with final price offers, valid for at least 3 weeks from the submission date, must include:
Reference number, date, delivery terms, favorable payment terms for both parties, delivery condition DAP – Balykchy (Balykchy city, Narynskoye highway 9), signature and stamp of the authorized person.

Documents must be submitted in PDF format.

The authority of the signatory must be confirmed by a power of attorney or certified copies of documents proving their authority.

Only proposals from manufacturers and direct distributors will be considered. Official distributorship must be confirmed by a certificate. Experience in sales in this field must be at least 3 years.

Providing recommendation letters from clients and scanned contracts from previous agreements will be an advantage.
