DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: no later than 13:00 (Bishkek time), April 17, 2026.

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites interested parties to participate in the Request for Quotation for the supply of electric‑welded steel pipes with grooved ends for coupling connection, manufactured in accordance with the international standards GOST 10704–91 / 10705–80 (Electric‑welded straight‑seam steel pipes), ASTM A53 / A53M (Grade A or B), and EN 10217‑1 (European standard for welded steel pipes), for use in technical water supply systems during the development of underground mine workings at the Kumtor Deposit, as described in the attached file.

Submission Format

 

 Applications for participation and other documents must be signed by an authorized representative who has the authority to sign the application and contract obligations.
All documents must be signed and submitted in PDF format (the price table must be additionally duplicated in .xlsx format).
Submission Procedure Participants shall submit their application for participation in Russian or English, in full compliance with the requirements, attach all required documents, and send them electronically to: rfq-steelpipes@kumtor.kg (Do not copy any other recipients!) The deadline for submission is: no later than 13:00 (Bishkek time), April 17, 2026. Proposals sent to other email addresses, as well as proposals submitted after 13:00 on April 17, 2026, will not be considered.

The technical description of the requested goods is attached to this documentation.
  The Commercial Proposal (CP) must remain valid for at least 4 weeks from the submission date and must include:

–          date and reference number;

–          prices;

–          delivery terms;

–          delivery conditions DAP/DDP – Balykchy, 9 Naryn Highway;

–          validity period of the CP;

–          stamp and signature of the authorized representative of the company.
Lot The lot is indivisible.
Required Scanned Copies of Supporting Documents 1.      For legal entities – Charter (Articles of Association)

  1. passport, patent, and social insurance policy (for individual entrepreneurs and, where applicable, for private individuals):
  2. Certificate of state registration or re‑registration
  3. Tax registration certificate
  4. Certificate from the tax authorities confirming the absence of outstanding tax or social fund liabilities
  5. Completed questionnaire (Appendix No. 2) and Vendor Form (supplier details) in Excel (Appendix No. 3)
  6. Document confirming the signatory’s authority to sign contracts on behalf of the organization (order, power of attorney, etc.)
  7. At least two similar contracts for the supply of comparable goods, with a total value not less than the amount of the participant’s proposal, executed within the past year
Evaluation Criteria

 

 The winner shall be the participant whose Commercial Proposal strictly complies with the requirements of the description and has the lowest evaluated cost.
The Client reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the RFQ process at any time prior to the award of the Contract, without incurring any obligation to the participants who submitted proposals.
The Commercial Proposal must be prepared on the official letterhead of the participant.
By submitting a proposal, the participant thereby confirms acceptance of all conditions stated in the Company’s requirements.

Each participant may submit only one Commercial Proposal.

No changes to Commercial Proposals are allowed during their validity period.
If an advance payment is provided, the Supplier must furnish a bank guarantee in the amount of the advance payment.
