SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS AND COMPONENTS FOR DRILLING EQUIPMENT

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites you to take part in the call for quotations for the supply of spare parts and components for drilling equipment.

Submission format: The application for participation and other documents must be signed by a person authorized to sign the application and obligations under the contract. Documents must be signed and submitted in PDF format (the price table should be duplicated in .xlsx format).
Procedure for submitting proposals

 

 Participants of the selection must submit an application for participation in Russian or English in accordance with the requirements of the selection, attach the necessary copies of documents and send them electronically to the email address bakhtiiar.niiazbekov@kumtor.kg by 14:00 (Bishkek time, GMT+6) on January 21, 2026.

The list of goods to be purchased is attached to this bid documentation.
The application for participation must contain the following documents: Commercial offer taking into account:

• Delivery times: shorter delivery times give priority in the estimate.

• Terms of delivery:

– DAP Balykchy (for non-residents) Kyrgyz Republic, Issyk-Kul region, Balykchy, Naryn Highway, 9.

– ExW (for non-residents) in accordance with the specified location of the supplier specified in the quotation;

– DDP Balykchy (for residents) Kyrgyz Republic, Issyk-Kul region, Balykchy, Naryn Highway, 9.

• Payment terms – Payment is made after the actual delivery and acceptance of the goods. (In the case of an advance payment, the winning company is obliged to provide a bank guarantee for the payment of an advance payment not less than the amount of the advance payment confirmed via the SWIFT system by the bank of the procuring entity)

• The validity of the commercial offer is at least 30 days
Evaluation criteria: The proposal that presents the lowest cost and optimal delivery time will be recognized as selected.
Proposal indicating the subject: for the supply of spare parts and components for drilling equipment should be sent by e-mail bakhtiiar.niiazbekov@kumtor.kg till 14:00 (Bishkek time, GMT+6) on January 21, 2026.
The Customer shall have the right to accept or reject any or all of the proposals, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Contract, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants.
The quotation must be on official letterhead.
Bids submitted by the Selection Participants later than the specified deadlines shall not be accepted and will not be considered.

By submitting the offer, the Participant thereby agrees to all the conditions specified in the requirements of the Company.

Each participant can submit only one bid.

The validity period of the bid shall be at least 30 calendar days.

It is not allowed to make changes to the bids during the term of validity of the bid proposal.
