REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS FOR ISUZU EQUIPMENT

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: 12:00 hrs on March 2, 2026.


The “Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites you to participate in a request for quotations for the supply of spare parts for ISUZU equipment.

Submission format: The application for participation and other documents must be signed by a person authorized to sign the application and contractual obligations. The documents must be signed and submitted in PDF format (the price table must additionally be provided in .xlsx format).
Procedure for submitting proposals

 

Participants must submit an application for participation in Russian or English in accordance with the tender requirements, attach the necessary copies of documents, and send them electronically to

isuzu2026@kumtor.kg no later than 12:00 hrs on March 2, 2026.

The list of goods to be purchased is attached to this tender documentation.

The application for participation must contain the following documents: The commercial proposal must include the following:

•       Delivery times

•       Delivery terms

•       Payment terms

•       Validity period of the commercial offer (please indicate the maximum possible period)

Evaluation criteria: The proposal offering the lowest cost and the most optimal delivery timelines will be considered as having passed the selection.
The proposal with the subject line ‘ISUZU’ must be sent to the email address isuzu2026@kumtor.kg no later than 12:00hrs on March 2, 2026.
The Customer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Contract, without incurring any obligations to the respective participants.
The commercial proposal must be provided on the official letterhead.
Commercial proposals submitted by the Participants after the specified deadlines will not be accepted or considered.

By submitting its proposal, the Participant thereby confirms its agreement with all the conditions specified in the Company’s requirements.

Each Participant may submit only one commercial proposal.

The validity period of the commercial proposal must be at least 30 calendar days.

No amendments to commercial proposals are allowed during the validity period of the tender proposal.

Commercial proposals/applications must not be sent to this email address!!!

In the case of an advance payment, the winning company is required to provide a bank guarantee for the advance payment in an amount not less than the amount of the advance payment.

The bank guarantee must be advised by a correspondent bank located in the Kyrgyz Republic. All costs associated with advising the bank guarantees shall be borne by the Supplier.

Requests for clarification of the selection conditions must be submitted no later than 3 calendar days before the final deadline for submitting the proposal.
