SUPPLY OF ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS, COMPONENTS, AND CONSUMABLES FOR HELI-MANUFACTURED FORKLIFTS, CONDUCTED THROUGH A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS PROCEDURE

APPLICATION DEADLINE: 4:00 pm (Bishkek time), February 6, 2026.

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites interested parties to participate in a tender for the supply of original spare parts, components, and consumables for HELI-manufactured forklifts, conducted through a request for quotations procedure.

Submission format: The application for participation and other documents shall be signed by a person authorized to sign applications and contractual obligations.

Documents shall be sealed and submitted in PDF format (the price spreadsheet shall also be duplicated in .xlsx format).

The signatory’s authority shall be confirmed by the power of attorney or by certified copies of the relevant documents.
Procedure for submitting proposals

 

 Tender participants shall submit their applications in Russian or English in accordance with the tender requirements, attach the required copies of documents, and send them electronically to Heli2026@kumtor.kg no later than 4:00 pm on February 6, 2026.

Tender submissions sent to any other email address will not be considered.

The list of goods to be purchased is attached to this tender documentation.
The application for participation shall include the following documents: Commercial Proposal, including the following:

∙ Delivery deadlines.

∙ Delivery terms.

∙ Payment terms.

∙ Validity period of the Commercial Proposal (please indicate the maximum period).
Evaluation criteria: The proposal with the lowest cost and optimal delivery deadlines will be considered successful.
Proposals with the subject line “Heli” shall be sent to the email address Heli2026@kumtor.kg no later than 4:00 pm on February 6, 2026.
The Client shall reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Agreement, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants.
The Commercial Proposal shall be submitted on official letterhead.
Tender proposals submitted by Participants after the specified deadlines shall not be accepted or considered.

By submitting the proposal, the Participant expressly agrees to all the terms and conditions specified in the Company’s requirements.

Each Selection Participant can submit only one tender proposal.

Validity period of the tender proposal shall be at least 30 calendar days.

No amendments to Tender Proposals shall be permitted during the validity period of the proposal.
Before signing the agreement, the selected participant is required to provide a performance guarantee equal to 2% of the agreement amount, in cash, to the KGC account. Alternatively, a bank guarantee of the same amount may be provided, which shall be advised by a correspondent bank located in the Kyrgyz Republic.
In the case of an advance payment, the winning company is required to provide a bank guarantee for the advance payment in an amount not less than the amount of the advance payment.

The bank guarantee shall be advised by a correspondent bank located in the Kyrgyz Republic.

All expenses related to the advising of bank guarantees shall be borne by the Supplier.
