REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) PROCEDURE FOR THE SUPPLY OF ELECTRICAL AND INDUSTRIAL GOODS AND THEIR COMPONENTS

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: no later than 4:00 pm on April 8, 2026.

Kumtor Gold Company Closed Joint Stock Company invites interested parties to participate in a Request for Quotations (RFQ) procedure for the supply of electrical and industrial goods and their components in accordance with the lots listed below.

  • Lot 1 – breaker hammers.
  • Lot 2 – spare parts for ore-thermal furnace burner – divisible lot.
  • Lot 3 – electrical goods and their components – divisible lot.
  • Lot 4 – electrical and industrial goods and their components – divisible lot.
  • Lot 5 – electrical and industrial goods and their components – divisible lot.
  • Lot 6 – electrical and industrial goods and their components – divisible lot.
  • Lot 7 – electrical and industrial goods and their components – divisible lot.
  • Lot 8 – electrical and industrial goods and their components – divisible lot.
  • Lot 9 – electrical and industrial goods and their components – divisible lot.
  • Lot 10 – electrical and industrial goods and their components – divisible lot.
  • Lot 11 – electrical and industrial goods and their components – divisible lot.
  • Lot 12 – Substation with a 630 kV transformer.

Documentation and technical requirements are provided in the attachments to the Request for Quotations.

Submission format: The application for participation, commercial proposals and other documents shall be signed by a person authorized to sign applications and contractual obligations.

Documents shall be sealed and submitted in PDF format (the price spreadsheet shall also be provided in .xlsx format).

The signatory’s authority shall be confirmed by the power of attorney or by certified copies of the relevant documents.
Procedure for submitting proposals:

 

 Participants shall submit their applications for participation in Russian or English, attach the required copies of documents, and send them electronically to electrical.gulgiza26@kumtor.kg no later than 4:00 pm on April 8, 2026. Commercial Proposals sent to any other email address will not be considered.

The list of goods to be purchased is attached to this Request for Quotations.
The application for participation shall include the following documents: Commercial Proposal, including the following:

∙ Delivery deadlines.

∙ Delivery terms.

∙ Payment terms.

∙ Validity period of the Commercial Proposal (please specify the maximum period).
Evaluation criteria: Proposal with the lowest cost and optimal delivery deadlines, complying with the technical specifications, will be considered successful.
Proposals with the subject line: “_____” shall be sent to the email address electrical.gulgiza26@kumtor.kg no later than 4:00 pm on April 8, 2026.
The Client shall reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Agreement, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants.
Commercial Proposal shall be submitted on official letterhead.
Commercial Proposals submitted by Participants after the specified deadlines shall not be accepted or considered.

By submitting its proposal, Participant expressly agrees to all the terms and conditions specified in the Company’s requirements.

Each Selection Participant can submit only one Commercial Proposal.

Validity period of Commercial Proposal shall be at least 60 calendar days.

No amendments to Commercial Proposals shall be permitted during the validity period of the Proposal.
All questions regarding this selection procedure shall be directed via email to: Gulgiza.Masimova@kumtor.kg.
Any requests for clarification of the selection conditions shall be submitted at least 3 calendar days prior to the proposal submission deadline.
