The “Kumtor Gold Company” CJSC announces a vacancy for the position Mill Mechanical Trainer (Kumtor Mine site).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Training Mill employees in the correct operation, repairing the Mill equipment and diagnostics of their malfunctions (ball mills, vertical mills, pumps, compressors, etc.).
• Development of a maintenance program (preventive, planned) to ensure high availability of equipment and its correct operation.
• Development of procedures for the repair and inspection of the Mill equipment.
• Drawing up a plan for the replacement and repair of the Mill equipment.
• Implementation of the world’s best practices in the field of maintenance to improve the main key indicators of the Mill.
• Diagnostics and repair of equipment in case of breakdowns and shutdown of the Mill.
• Formation and ordering of spare parts and components, calculation of the required standard size of equipment to fulfill the production tasks of the Mill.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in mechanical engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in maintenance at gold processing plants or production.
• Knowledge of and experience of ball mills, vertical mills (repair, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, including equipment alignment, measurement of ring gear runout).
• Knowledge and experience with hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of the basics of organizing the work of the maintenance service in production.
• Knowledge in the field of asset management.
• Experience and knowledge in the field of project management.
• Knowledge of English (advanced level).
• Knowledge of the Automatic Control Systems of Technological Process – ACSTP, MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, CMMS.
