The “Kumtor Gold Company” CJSC announces a vacancy for the position: Mill Electrical Trainer (Kumtor Mine site).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Training of Mill employees in the correct operation, repair of the Mill equipment and diagnostics of their malfunctions.
• Development of a maintenance program (preventive, planned) to ensure high availability of equipment and its correct operation.
• Development of procedures for the repair and inspection of the Mill equipment.
• Drawing up a plan for the replacement and repair of the Mill
• Maintenance and work planning to ensure uninterrupted and correct operation of the Mill.
• Implementation of the world’s best practices in the field of maintenance to improve the main key indicators of the Mill.
• Diagnostics and repair of equipment in case of breakdowns and shutdown of the Mill.
• Formation and ordering of spare parts and components.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in electrical engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in maintenance at gold recovery plants or production.
• Knowledge and experience:
  – On 110/6.3/0.4 kV substation equipment.
  – Relay protection and automation devices of 110/6.3/0.4 kV switchgear.
  – Industrial equipment 6.3/0.4 kV, synchronous and asynchronous electric motors, electric heaters, compressors, frequency converters (VFD), cable and overhead power lines.
  – On 6.3/0.4 kV reactive power compensation devices.
• Knowledge of the requirements for testing the insulation of high-voltage equipment and relay protection and automation devices.
• Knowledge of the operation of backup power sources – 6.3 kV diesel generators.
• Knowledge of Safety rules for electrical installations at the level of 4-5 safety groups.
• Knowledge of setting up relay devices and simple programmable logic devices (PLCs).
• Knowledge of the basics of organizing the work of the maintenance service in production.
• Knowledge in the field of asset management.
• Experience and knowledge in the field of project management.
• Knowledge of English (advanced level).
• Knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, CMMS.
