CJSC “Kumtor Gold Company” invites companies to participate in the pre-qualification selection for a subsequent limited tender for the inspection of 6.3 kV electric motors of the semi-autogenous grinding mill, ball mill, regrinding mill, ultra-fine grinding mill, two tower mills, and the excitation system of the synchronous electric motors of the Gold Processing Plant (Mill) at the Kumtor mine.
| Submission Format | The tender proposal and other documents must be signed by a person authorized to sign the proposal and to assume contractual obligations. The documents must be stamped and submitted in PDF format. The signatory’s authority must be confirmed by a power of attorney or by certified copies of the relevant documents. Before preparing the tender proposal, the participant must review the Instructions for Preparing a Tender Proposal (for suppliers) (Appendix 1). |

| Tender participants must submit their proposal in Russian, in accordance with the tender requirements, attach the required copies of documents, and send them electronically to the following email address: inspection_mill2026@kumtor.kg no later than 14:00 (Bishkek time) on February 26, 2026. |

| General Requirements

All work must take into account the specifics of the operating mine and include recommendations based on the identified issues. |
| During the performance of work, all technical decisions and special opinions must be agreed upon by the Contractor with the Client. | |
| 1. The Contractor must employ qualified and experienced engineers to carry out inspections of high‑voltage electric motors rated at 6.3 kV.
2. The Contractor must employ qualified specialists servicing electrical, instrumentation and mechanical components of similar electric motors. 3. The Contractor must employ qualified electricians / I&C specialists servicing synchronous machines and excitation system control devices for synchronous motor windings. 4. The Contractor must employ qualified engineers with proven experience in successfully delivering similar projects. |

| Evaluation Criteria: | A proposal that meets all qualification requirements and includes the full set of requested documents is considered to have successfully passed the first stage of the tender. |
| Procedure for Submitting the Financial Proposal | Stage 2: Financial Proposal |
| The financial/commercial proposal must be submitted in a password‑protected archive; the application form is attached (Appendix 7). The password will be provided upon request to the responsible person for this tender.
The archive password must contain a minimum of 8 characters, and must include at least 1 digit, 1 symbol, and both uppercase and lowercase letters. Passwords will only be requested from participants who meet the qualification and technical requirements. |

| Proposals for participation with the subject line: “Inspection of Mill Electric Motors” must be sent to inspection_mill2026@kumtor.kg no later than 14:00 (Bishkek time), February 26, 2026. | |
| The Client reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the tender process at any time before awarding the Contract, without incurring any obligations to the respective participants. | |
| The participation proposal must be prepared on the official letterhead. | |
| Proposals submitted after the specified deadline will not be accepted or considered. By submitting a proposal, the Participant thereby expresses agreement with all terms specified in the Company’s requirements. Each participant may submit only one tender proposal. The validity period of the tender proposal must be at least 40 calendar days. No changes to the proposal are allowed during its validity period. A draft service agreement is provided for review. This draft is not final and will be modified depending on the results of the tender (Appendix 6). |

| The contract will be awarded to the participant whose commercial proposal meets the selection criteria and technical requirements, successfully passes both stages of the tender, and offers the lowest cost. | |
