PRE-QUALIFICATION SELECTION OF SUPPLIERS SPECIALIZING IN THE DELIVERY OF ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS FOR CRANE EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURED BY KONECRANES FOR THE KUMTOR GOLD MINE OF THE “KUMTOR GOLD COMPANY” CJSC

APPLICATION DEADLINE: 11:00 AM (Bishkek time) on August 20, 2025.

The “Kumtor Gold Company” CJSC (hereinafter referred to as “KGC”) invites you to participate in the pre-qualification selection of suppliers specializing in the delivery of original spare parts for crane equipment manufactured by Konecranes for the Kumtor gold mine of the “Kumtor Gold Company” CJSC.

Basic requirements for submitting qualification documents:

1. Documents must be submitted in PDF format.
2. Documents must be sent strictly to the sparepartsforcranes@kumtor.kg e-mail address.
3. Please note that the size of one email message should not exceed 25MB.
4. Financial documents must be submitted with a signature and seal. In case of their absence, the document must contain a QR code for authentication or a link to the official website, where you can verify its originality.
5. Each selection participant can submit only one bid.
6. Participants of the selection must apply in either Russian or English, in accordance with the selection requirements, and send it via email.
7. All documents submitted as part of the restricted selection are treated as confidential.
8. By submitting his bid, the Participant thereby agrees to all the conditions specified in the requirements of the Company.
9. KGC reserves the right to request additional supporting documents or verify the information provided. If inaccurate information is detected, the application will be rejected.
10. After the deadline for submitting documents expires, participants may not make changes or additions.
11. Bids submitted by the Selection Participants later than the specified deadlines shall not be accepted and will not be considered.

Required documents for submission:

For residents of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. A completed copy of the questionnaire (according to form #1 to this List).
2. Completed form for opening and changing supplier details (according to form N#2 to this List).
3. A copy of the Charter with all amendments and additions (if any), certified by the signature of the director or an official authorized by him, as well as a copy of the Decision of the General Meeting of Participants or the sole participant in the approval of this Charter.
4. A copy of the Certificate of State Registration (re-registration) of a legal entity certified by the Participant.
5. A copy of the Certificate of State Registration of an individual as an individual entrepreneur without the formation of a legal entity/A copy of the Patent (voluntary or mandatory) for the relevant type of activity (current as of the date of filing), as well as a copy of the Passport/identification
6. For legal entities: information on the absence of arrears on tax payments and insurance premiums to the budget of the Kyrgyz
7. Scanned copies of the original balance sheet with all appendices, certified by the seal and signature of the organization or a scanned copy of the original for 2 (two) previous calendar years or Unified Tax Return.
8. Certificate of tax registration.
9. Permits (licenses, permits, certificates) for types of activities.
10. A copy of the documents confirming the authority of the director certified by the Participant (order on the appointment of the director, extract from the minutes of the meeting of participants on the appointment of the director, decision of the sole participant of the legal entity). If another person acts on behalf of the Participant, a duly certified copy of such power of attorney for the person authorized to sign contracts and other documents.
11. List of similar deliveries for the last 2 years.
12. Upon request, the participant must be ready to provide a document confirming the compliance of the products with the requirements before the start of the main delivery.

For non-residents (participants of other countries):

1. A completed copy of the questionnaire (according to form #1 to this List).
2. Completed form for opening and changing supplier details (according to form #2 to this List).
3. Copies of registration and constituent documents.
4. Scanned copies of the original balance sheet with all appendices, certified by the seal and signature of the organization or a scanned copy of the original for 2 (two) previous calendar years.
5. Permits (licenses, permits) for activities.
6. A copy of the documents confirming the authority of the director certified by the Participant (order on the appointment of the director, extract from the minutes of the meeting of participants on the appointment of the director, decision of the sole participant of the legal entity). If another person acts on behalf of the Participant, a duly certified copy of such power of attorney for the person authorized to sign contracts and other documents.
7. List of similar deliveries for the last 2 years.
8. Upon request, the participant must be ready to provide a document confirming the compliance of the products with the requirements before the start of the main delivery.

If you have any questions about this Invitation, the participant may contact the e-mail address: gulnura.cholponkulova@kumtor.kg for clarifications, but no later than 3 working days before the deadline for submission of qualification documents. Clarifications shall be sent to the applicant supplier by e-mail from which the request was received, no later than three working days from the date of receipt of the request.

The Customer may postpone the final date of submission of qualification documents to a later date, if amendments are made to this Invitation, which the Customer informs you by posting the relevant information on the official website of the Customer https://www.kumtor.kg/ru/where the announcement of this prequalification was posted.
