DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: no later than 3:00 pm (Bishkek time) on April 9, 2026. 

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites interested parties to participate in a Request for Quotations for the supply of pumping equipment, water meters, rolled metal products, metal cabinets, sealing materials, and pipeline products as specified in the attached file. The lot is non-divisible.

Submission format: The application for participation and other documents shall be signed by a person authorized to sign applications and contractual obligations. Documents shall be sealed and submitted in PDF format (the price spreadsheet shall also be provided in .xlsx format).
Procedure for submitting proposals:

 

 Participants shall submit their applications in Russian or English in accordance with the Request requirements, attach the required copies of documents, and send them electronically to: raznoe-zapros2026@kumtor.kg (do not include any recipients in the CC field!) no later than 3:00 pm (Bishkek time) on April 9, 2026. Applications with other recipients in CC or submitted later than 3:00 pm (Bishkek time) on April 9, 2026, will not be considered.

The list of goods to be purchased is attached to this documentation.
  Commercial Proposal (CP) shall be valid for a minimum of 4 weeks from the submission date and include the following:

–       Date and reference number.

–       Price.

–       Delivery deadlines.

–       Delivery term DAP/DDP – 9 Naryn Highway, Balykchy.

–       Validity period of the Proposal.

–       Seal and signature of the organization’s authorized representative.
Lot The lot is divisible
Required scanned copies of the incorporation documents: 1. For legal entities – Charter.

2. Certificate of state registration or re-registration.

3. Certificate of registration with tax authorities.

4. Certificate from the tax authorities confirming no outstanding debts on taxes and social contributions.

5. Completed Questionnaire and Vendor Form (Supplier’s details) (Excel) provided in Appendix 2.

6. Authorization of the signatory to sign agreements on behalf of the organization (order, power of attorney, etc.).

7. At least two similar agreements for the supply of comparable goods in the amount not less than the amount of the current proposal for the last year shall be provided.
Evaluation criteria:

 

 The winner will be the participant who submits a Commercial Proposal fully compliant with the requirements of the specification and with the lowest evaluated cost.
The Client shall reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the request process at any time prior to the award of the Agreement, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants who submitted Commercial Proposals.
Commercial Proposal shall be submitted on Participant’s official letterhead.
By submitting its proposal, Participant expressly agrees to all the terms and conditions specified in the Company’s requirements.

Each Selection Participant can submit only one Commercial Proposal.

No amendments to Commercial Proposals shall be permitted during the validity period of the Proposal.
In case of prepayment, the Supplier shall provide a bank guarantee covering the amount of the advance payment.
