SUBMISSION OF COMMERCIAL PROPOSALS FOR THE INSPECTION OF FOUNDATIONS OF TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT OF THE KUMTOR MILL THROUGH THE QUOTATION-BASED METHOD

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: 17:00 (Bishkek time), March 4, 2026

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC (the Customer) invites eligible suppliers to participate in a quotation-based selection process for the provision of services for the inspection of the foundations of technological equipment of the Kumtor Mill “KGC” CJSC and to submit their commercial proposals in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TOR).

When preparing a Commercial Proposal (CP), please make sure to include the following conditions:

• Service delivery timeframes
• Service delivery conditions
• Payment terms
• Validity period of the CP (minimum validity of 30 days is required)

Main requirements for submitting commercial proposals:

1. The commercial proposal must be signed by an authorized person and affixed with the company seal.
2. The commercial proposal must have the subject line: “Price Proposal [Company Name]” and must be sent to: aibek.berdigulov@kumtor.kg
3. All documents must be submitted in PDF format.
4. The authority of the signatory must be confirmed by a power of attorney or certified copies of documents confirming authorization.

Evaluation criteria:

• The winning proposal will be the one that meets the established technical requirements and offers the best combination of price/quality/service delivery time/service delivery conditions.

Deadline for submitting your commercial proposals: 17:00 (Bishkek time) on March 4, 2026.

• Commercial proposals submitted after the specified deadline will not be accepted or reviewed.
• By submitting a proposal, the participant confirms agreement to all terms specified in the Customer’s requirements.
• Each participant may submit only one commercial proposal.
• No changes may be made to proposals after the submission deadline.

Clarifications will be sent to the supplier’s email address from which the inquiry was received, no later than three calendar days from the date of receiving the inquiry.

If necessary, the Customer reserves the right to make amendments to this Invitation by issuing supplements at any time before the final deadline for submission of proposals, but in any case no later than three (3) working days before the deadline.

The Customer may extend the submission deadline if amendments are made to this Invitation. In such case, the Customer will inform suppliers by publishing the relevant information on the Customer’s official website https://www.kumtor.kg/ru/ where the announcement of this selection process was originally posted.

The Customer reserves the right to fully or partially accept or reject any commercial proposal and to cancel the open selection process at any time prior to awarding the Contract, without incurring any obligations to the participants.

The Customer explicitly declines any obligation to compensate any expenses incurred by applicants in connection with this Invitation.
