SUPPLY OF COMPONENTS FOR THE POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM BASED ON A SOLAR POWER PLANT

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites you to participate in the open selection for supply of power supply system components based on a solar power plant.

Conditions for submitting proposals:

1. Proposal submission format:

Proposals, including documents, attachments and quotations, shall be signed by a person authorized to sign commercial proposals and contractual obligations. Documents shall be sealed and submitted in PDF format. The signatory’s authority shall be confirmed by a power of attorney or certified copies of relevant documents.

2. Procedure for submitting proposals

Participants shall submit a commercial proposal in accordance with the Terms of Reference, attach the required copies of documents and send them electronically to the specified address. Proposals shall be submitted in two (2) separate emails:

Email 1. Technical (qualification) part of the proposal:
Shall contain the following documents and be sent to: powersupply2025@kumtor.kg

• Letter confirming interest in participation addressed to Kumtor Gold Company CJSC.
• Detailed information about the company:
  • required permits, licenses, certificates.
  • reference list of similar projects for the last 3 years, recommendations, feedback.
• Scanned copy of certificate of registration of the legal entity.
• Scanned copy of document defining the main type of activity (Charter), as well as scanned copy of decision on appointment as a manager.
• Scanned copies of 2023-2024 original financial statements (balance sheet with attachments or unified tax declaration).
• Certificate of absence of arrears of tax payments and insurance contributions to state authorities as of the last reporting date.
• Information about participation in court proceedings for the last 5 years; scanned document.
• Participant shall also submit any other documents that the Participant will be required to complete or prepare in accordance with the Client’s requirements. These documents may be requested both during and after the selection process as part of the work with the winner.

Email 2. Financial part of the proposal:
Shall be sent to the same address in a separate email indicating delivery and payment terms.

• Commercial proposal on the Participant’s official letterhead addressed to Kumtor Gold Company CJSC indicating delivery and payment terms.

The cost specified in the commercial proposal shall include all expenses, including taxes, duties, fees and other charges levied in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Participant shall separate the proposal into quotation and qualification proposal, with the quotation placed in an archive with a password set. Password shall be submitted after (not before) 12:30 p.m. on March 27, 2025.

Evaluation criteria:

The winning proposal will be the one that meets all the requirements and has the lowest cost.

3. Competition terms and conditions.

• Deadline for submitting proposals: 12:00 p.m., March 27, 2025.

Competitive proposals submitted by the Selection Participants later than the specified deadlines for the first and second packages, and/or applications, shall not be accepted or considered.

By submitting its proposal, the Participant expressly agrees to all the terms and conditions specified in the Company’s requirements.

Each Selection Participant can submit only one competitive proposal.

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC shall reserve the right to accept or reject any proposal or cancel the selection process without any obligation to the participants.
