Kumtor Gold Company congratulates Issyk-Kul children with the New Year

Kumtor Gold Company distributed 2,000 New Year gifts this week to children of Jety Oguz and Ton districts, as well Balykchy and Karakol towns of Issyk-Kul Region. Traditional New Year gifts from the Company were handled to children from vulnerable families, regular visitors of rehabilitation centers, and kids from orphanages.

Gifts were delivered to children with the support from local authorities, which coordinated pre New Year celebrations in the region. Among other partnership organizations which received gifts for their foster children were Public Foundation “Society of disabled children”, “Kids of Tian Shan” orphanage in Balykchy, Ton Regions’ foster house “Khadicha”, “Shoola Kol” rehabilitation center, as well as orphanages and centers for children with special needs in Jety-Oguz district and Orphanage in Karakol.
