(“ISS”) and Glass Lewis and Co., LLC (“Glass Lewis”), two leading independent proxy advisory firms, have recommended that shareholders of Centerra Gold Inc. vote FOR all of the nominees for director to the board and FOR the appointment of KPMG LLP as auditors for the Company at the annual meeting of shareholders to be held on May 17, 2016 (the “Meeting”).

The board of directors Centerra Gold Inc. unanimously recommend that shareholders vote FOR all nominees for director to the board and FOR the appointment of KPMG LLP as auditor at the Meeting.
